3.8.11 – Playing the Blues

I now own five different shades of blue- Cerulean, Maganese, Indigo, French Ultramarine, and Prussian.  To learn how they interact with each other, I had to do a small swatch chart. Really interesting how some pigments sink, some glaze, and some granulate when they interact. Definitely still trying to figure out all these colors. Watercolor is hard. 

Oh yeah, the plate was hijacked as collateral.
